Leaders will please obtain permission from owners for the Society to walk through their premises. They are also requested to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the route beforehand.
Leaders who cannot serve will please secure and announce a substitute.
Leaders are expected to take as accurate a list as possible of all birds seen.
Notice: Each individual should be provided with good opera or field glasses.
